Elk viewing workshop planned - Aug. 14, 2009The Arizona Game and Fish Department and Mormon Lake Lodge invite you to attend an elk viewing workshop on Saturday, Aug. 29. The workshop includes a presentation, a field trip to watch elk in their natural habitat, and a free BBQ sponsored by Mormon Lake Lodge.

PINETOP, Ariz. - The Arizona Game and Fish Department is asking for the public?s help in finding the individual responsible for the illegal killing of a large bull elk found shot on July 31. It was left in the vicinity of Pinot Ridge on Bluegrass Ranch Drive in Pinetop.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department is asking for the public?s help in finding the individual or people responsible for the illegal killing of two elk on the evening of July 5. A cow elk was killed in a meadow a couple hundred yards from the visitor center at the Sipe White Mountain Wildlife Area, and a bull was shot adjacent to Forest Road 275 near State Highway 191, just south of Nelson Reservoir.
Information Needed to Solve Bull Elk Poaching Near Williams - Sep. 26, 2008
The Arizona Game and Fish Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a poacher that killed a large bull elk sometime during the weekend of Sept. 6. The poaching occurred near Scholz Lake and Garland Prairie along Forest Road 141, just east of Williams.
